Analyses of ABRF-9lSEQ and responses to the questionnaire have been steadily coming in since the last newsletter. It looks like the responses to this year's sample will be the highest of all previous years in both total number and percent of total samples sent out. This level of respondents is very gratifying, and the committee thanks everyone for their efforts. As mentioned previously, the results will be presented at the upcoming ABRF Satellite Meeting, which will be held on Saturday, June 22, 1991, during the Fifth Symposium of the Protein Society in Baltimore. Handouts describing some of the results will be available at the meeting and, as in past years, a manuscript is being prepared.
The committee is also hard at work getting ready for next year. Three new members will be selected and the new committee will meet for the first time in Baltimore. If you have any ideas or suggestions (or complaints) you can contact committee members at the meeting. As always, your comments are welcome and appreciated.
