Copies of forms used in 21 core facilities have been received and individual forms are being selected for inclusion in the next version of FORMS being assembled by the University of Wisconsin Biotechnology Center and ABRF. Forms exhibiting different approaches to the distribution of information for users, documentation of samples received, summary reports and instrument logs will be included in FORMS 11. All laboratories that make contributions will be acknowledged in the booklet.
If you have not submitted forms and feel that you have some that are unique or especially important or useful, please submit them by May I to Ronald Niece, UW Biotechnology Center, 1710 University Avenue, Madison, Wl 53705-9880.
