Samples and surveys were distributed by individual subcommittees to 193 facility directors who paid their dues in either 1990 or 1991 (by February 1). The necessity for the early mailings this year and the frequently lengthy lag at many institutions in processing dues lead to the decision to include previous members who had not yet renewed their membership. However, if you have not renewed your membership please process it as soon as possible (dues form was in the November 1990 newsletter). Members who have not renewed their memberships by late April will be removed from the mailing list and will not receive any further mailings or benefits.
If you are a paid facility director and have not received any 1991 samples or surveys then you are probably not on the mailing list. In this case contact Kenneth Williams, Dept. of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, Yale Medical School, 310 Cedar Street, New Haven, CT 06510, phone (203)785-5094, fax (203)785-6404 to check the mailing list. If you received some samples but not others, contact the person from the appropriate committee who distributed the samples as described in the subcommittee reports (see below).
Mailings to corporate sponsors will follow the original mailings to facilities and should be completed by the subcommittees in late March or early April.
