The Survey Committee is conducting a survey on salary and compensation in Biotechnology Facilities in North America. The survey was distributed to all ABRF members in North America in December, 1993. All scientific staff in the facility have been surveyed on their qualifications and experience, position, duties, salary, and benefits. In addition, the director has been asked to provide general information on the facility, including the services offered, income, and type of institution.
If you have not responded, the deadline is imminent. Please return your completed questionnaires so we may begin analyzing the data. A preliminary report will be presented at the ABRF Annual Meeting in July, 1994.
