Message from the Past-President

As many of you may have already heard, I have decided not to seek a third term as President of the ABRF. Serving as your president has been a very rewarding experience for me. I felt that two years was an appropriate length of time for me and that the Association would be well served by providing the opportunity for a timely transition. Of course, I remain on the Executive Board for the next two years and have every intention of continuing to be a hard working Board member. I firmly believe in the mission and the goals of ABRF and will continue to do what I can to advance that endeavor for as long as I am able.

I would like to thank my colleagues on the Board, the Committees, and the entire ABRF membership for their support and energy in making the Association what it is. Dedicated, hard working people make the Association strong and the job of President much easier. It has really been a pleasure and I am pleased the Association has grown in size and stature during this time.

Your new President, Elizabeth Fowler, was one of the founders of the ABRF and has worked very hard on your behalf since the very beginning. I am confident that under her leadership the Association will continue to prosper. She is worthy of your confidence and support. Please join me in welcoming her and working with her as the ABRF moves into its second decade.

Gregory A. Grant
