Independent Meeting UpdateABRF '97: Techniques at the Genome-Proteome Interface

This three-day meeting will focus on techniques critical to the analysis of the genome and proteome and will address central issues at the interface. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD from Sunday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 12, 1997.

John Shively and Lloyd Smith have organized an outstanding program consisting of plenary sessions, workshops, tutorials, and presentation of study results by each of the ABRF Research Committees. Morning plenary sessions will set themes for afternoon workshops on techniques. Tutorials and poster sessions will allow ample opportunity for participants to share their views and latest data. Manufacturers' exhibits will be open February 10-12. The full program is shown below.
