Changes in ABRFnews

Along with changes in the layout and design of this publication, there have been a number of significant changes in the Editorial Board. John Rush, former editor of ABRF News and current Executive Board member, will be leaving the Editorial Board. John contributed substantially to the development of the newsletter, producing 10 outstanding issues over a period of 2 1/2 years; and, on a personal note, provided superb support and mentoring during my transition to the Editorship. His close involvement with the production of ABRFnews will be missed. Dan Crimmins stepped down in December after 3 years of contributions to the newsletter; particularly his production of Article Watch, the most highly prized information contained in this publication. Jack Benner has also left the Editorial Board. We welcome four new members: Lisa Bibbs, The Scripps Research Institute; Susan Hardin, University of Houston; Dan Davison, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Clive Slaughter, University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center. Each brings significant expertise to the Editorial Board and will undoubtedly continue the tradition of excellence in the production of this publication.
