Instructions for Viewing and/or Downloading PDFs
Mac Users:
- For Mac OSX 10.3 and 10.4 users, you can view PDFs using Safari. Just click on the PDF and it will open in your browser. If you would like to download a PDF, either control click or right click on the link, choose "Download Linked File", and open it with Preview, Apple's free viewer application. Alternatively, you may download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- For Mac users with earlier versions of OSX or OS9, you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Follow the download instructions and run the installer. To view the PDF files, download them to your computer by either control clicking or right clicking on the PDF, choose "Download Linked File" and open them with Acrobat Reader.
PC Users:
To view PDFs, you are required to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- To view PDFs within your browser, just double click on the file and Adobe Reader software should automatically launch. If you are experiencing problems, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
- To save PDFs to your computer, right click on the link to the PDF, choose 'Save File As' or 'Save linked file as' from the menu, then choose where you'd like to save the file. Click 'Save' and the PDF will begin to download to your chosen location. Double clicking on the file will open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
