you. Michrom Bioresources currently manufactures 100 and 200 micron ID
columns and we are working on 50 micron ID columns. These columns are all
fused silica lined PEEK, providing the structural integrity necessary for
higher system pressures and wider flow ranges. The recommended flow ranges
associated with these columns are as follows:
50 micron ID: 50-500 nl/min (optimal 100 nl/min)
100 micron ID: 0.5-2 ul/min (optimal 1 ul/min)
200 micron ID: 3-7 ul/min (optimal 5 ul/min)
