We have been a using an ABI3700 for genotyping and are currently trying
to increase our throughput. We would like to run 4 384-well plates at a
time, so the machine would run for 48 hours without any
user-intervention required. Unfortunately, the buffer, water, and waste
containers max out at about 9 runs or so. Has anyone found a way around
this problem? I know that the solutions can be changed during the runs,
but it would be nice if we could leave them alone for 48 hours.
