Dear All
Help ! I need to make a peptide with reduced peptide bond at the N-term.
The last 2 amino acids are Phe-Gly and I have Boc-Phe-Gly-OH with the
peptide bond reduced. My question is can I add this as the last residue
using HBTU or diimide or will it alkylate itself ?? I notice a lot of
these building blocks are available without the internal NH protected.
