Hi Tom-
I am not a chemistry type, but a sequencer type! I make enough
LongRanger mix to last a week with everything except Ammonium Persulfate
and TEMED and store it at 4 degrees. All I have to do is measure out 50
ml per gel, degas, add APS and TEMED, and I am ready to go! I have to
brag and say that my gels are always excellent. This method has been a
great time saver to me.
