We bought a used FPLC that came with a "volvo box" controller (it is
a big grey box that can control up to 4 systems). It has a lot of
valves in it we don't need ( I got it really cheap) and we want to
simplify our system to just two pumps, a detector, an injector valve,
a pH meter, and a conductivity meter. Pharmacia is trying to help us
but so far we have been unable to get a compatible "strategy" or
"template" for the system to run on Unicorn 3.1 without using all the
valves and garbage we don't need. Does anyone know how to write a
"template" or a strategy for this software? So far no one at
Pharmacia can do it, at least in the US although that is what they
say we need.
Please help.
