Suzanne,

I have often observed cleavage after arginine as well as lysine
(lysine dominates, however). After prolonged incubation (over 8 h at
an enzyme-substrate ratio 1:100) arg-cleavage becomes significant.
However, I have not observed cleavage after other aminoacids.
