Happy New Millennium to all.
Does anybody have a reliable method for deformylating proteins blotted onto
PVDF.I have already tried 0.6M HCl/24h/25degrees and 2M hydrazine acetate in
50% MeOH for 3h at 60degrees,both to no avail.I know that the last method works
well in solution as we published comparative results in 1980 when working on
mitochondrial ATPase.
Any suggestions welcome,
