Dear Suzanne,
We are using WAko Lys-c for years, and found rarely miscleavage. We just
take care of making fresh solutions regularly. But sometimes it does. But
from what I understand you experience that you miss a cleavage in your
clients view. That is of course always possible (steric hinder, low E:S). I
would be surprised that you misinterpreted a Lys so early in the sequence
analysis, although we can't judge the results. Perhaps MS can help to prove
your statement ?
Kind Regards
Bart
