        Leo,

we have been using the MPS 396 from Advanced Chemtech for 3-4 years
with success.
It is a reliable machine which could synthesize up to 96 peptides at
a time at 25-50umols scale.
We obtain 50-100mg crude peptide for 20-40mer.
