Apologies/Help?

Colleagues,

My apologies concerning the multiple postings but I only posted the original
message once and without an attachment.
Aparently their is a glich in our site or the ABRF newsgroup mailer as I
have received several replies that also carry a similar
SMTP@BPLExchange@bpl.co.uk ending that is being attached to my original
document and then reposted. I believe the problem is associated with the
fact that I use Microsoft outlook which allows you to use a html background
for your email viewing/construction. I use a background called technical.
I don't believe the ABRF newsgroup/mailer recognizes this and is somehow
altering or attaching it as the tech.gif file you are seeing. Further, I
fear that because of the attached .gif the posting is stuck in some eternal
loop and will continue to post.

I have our computer folks looking into the matter. I have looked at the
ABRF webpage in an attempt to locate the moderator/administrator of the
newsgroup but was unsuccessful. If you know of such a person, please
forward this info onto them or return the appropriate info so that I may
contact them directly. Hopefully we will get this issue figured out in
short order.

Thank you for your patience,
Lloyd
