A question for the glycobiologists:
If I have a glycoprotein containing sulfated GalNAc and I do TFA hydrolysis
followed by GC of the alditol acetates, does this show up in GalN(Ac) peak
ie is the sulfate hydrolysed? If so, is it quantitative? Thanks for any
thoughts.
