Does anyone have experience with Bacillus sp. proteins? I received a dozen
samples ranging from 60-140 KDa in size and upon sequencing they all
appear to be N-terminally blocked. This is despite having more than
sufficient quantities for analysis so I am sure it is N-terminally
blocked. I would appreciate any insight as to the possible origin of the
blockage and/or type so that I may attempt de-blocking.
Thanks in advance,
