Say Hey-
I want to jump in and ask for more info on proline isomerization. Do you know if hydroxyproline can (and does) isomerize in the same fashion as does Pro? If it does, surely it must have a different rate ? (I'm hoping for 'slower' here.) So that if I have a non-esential Pro but wish to lock in a conformation, substitution with HyPro might work?
