Good question!
This is one of the biggest problems facing antisense technology. The
only antisense drug on the market is administered by direct injection
into the eyeball! Ouch!

Many people are trying to work out this problem now. Some are using
cationic liposomes to deliver antisense agents. I do not think anyone
has an orally active compound, yet.
