Your blobs are not specific to 3700s. We get them on 377s and found it was
due to user error during clean-up. We use the AGTC columns from Edge
Biosystems and found that people were not loading the sample directly into
the middle of the column and sample was going through the sides. Taking
greater care during clean-up has taken care of the problem.
