Hello all,
I have a customer who has an N-terminally blocked protein that he
wants N-terminal sequence data on. He already had internal sequencing
performed but he wants it right from the N-terminus. I am not very
familiar with chemically deblocking proteins, I suggested mass spec. He is
ok with that, even if the first residue can't be identified due to the
blocking group. Does anyone want this? I told him I would try to find
someone who would do the analysis.
