Speaking of which can anyone point me to a published report or
other URL or provide me with protocol which would describe purification of
reactions by self-made G50 96-well spin plates. I am looking for something
suitable for giving to an newly hired technician with little sequencing
experience but lots of standard molecular biology experience.
thanks
