Description/Job Functions: Successful candidate will oversee the day to day research of several small teams of analysts. Review scientific data and preparation of high quality reports of the data. Train junior members to generate and interpret high-quality analytical data.
Requirements:
ß PhD in Chemistry with 3-5 years experience or MS in Chemistry with 6-10 years experience.
ß Extensive experience with chromatographic method development and validation.
ß Extensive experience isolating, identifying and quantifying radiolabelled and nonradiolabelled compounds/metabolites using TLC, LC, GC, LSC and SPE.
ß Ability to troubleshoot difficult chromatographic separations.
ß Must have very strong communication skills ñ verbal and written.
ß Prefer candidates with pharm/biotech/medical industries or contract research or university core facilities.
