Sr. Scientist [2161a]: Successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of the LC/MS/MS lab, including scheduling and project management. Extensive experience designing and interpreting LC/MS and LC/MS/MS analyses of chemicals in a wide variety of biological and chemical matrices.
ß PhD in Chemistry with 3-5 years experience or MS in Chemistry with 6+ years.
ß Extensive experience designing and interpreting LC/MS and LC/MS/MS analyses of chemical in wide variety of biological and chemical matrices.
ß Experienced in the operation of LC/MS and LC/MC/MC equipment.

Res. Assoc. Scientist [2161c]: Successful BS or MS candidate will work individually and as a team member. He/She will operate modern LC-MS/MS instrumentation and interpretation of mass spec data; and, will develop and validate chromatographic methods.
ß MS in Chemistry or BS [ACS certified preferred] in Chemistry with 4 years experience as an analytical chemist.
ß Extensive experience with isolating, identifying, and quantifying radiolabelled and nonradiolabelled compounds/metabolites using LC-MS/LC-MS/MS; and, interpretation of mass spec data.
ß Extensive experience with chromatographic method development and validation.

Both positions:
ß Must have very strong communication skills ñ verbal and written.
ß Prefer candidates with pharm/biotech/medical industries or contract research or university core facilities.
