I'm sure that mass spec questions will still be discussed here, but let me plug the mass spec newsgroup again. Any topic related to mass spectrometry is welcome in sci.techniques.mass-spec, including a lot of the techniques discussed here (purification, derivatization, etc.) as they relate to mass spec analysis, as well as the employment-related messages. If you mail a message to the ABRF list, you can CC: it to <mass.spec@gatech.edu>, and it will be posted to the newsgroup.
