Some lab in Boston with way too much time on their hands keeps a perfect, exact, and up to date list of all commercial oligo houses:

Wow, they even have web links. You can whip through the links and compare the prices. And they're such weenies that if you find one not on their list you just hit the "submit" button and it's listed within the day.
