Hello.
I would like to sk if someone out there could provide an update on
vapor phase hydrolysis of proteins:
Is this technique now widely accepted and used ?
What specialized manifold and sample vials are required ?
What kind of block for heating works best ?
What hydrolysis time(s) should one try ?
Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
Mike
