Chris,
I don't know if they are available to buy, but you can get some samples...
I have the buffers, but have yet to use them, but know of others that have
had luck (usually only one of the buffers works at a time). It may be worth
it to wait and try some other tricks of the trade.
I would like to get some Sasha or Lunatic DNA from past studies and trying
them on these templates. That way I can compare the results to other
methods people have tried to see if these buffers are really a benefit.
