We have the Life Technologies buffers, but I'm not sure if they are selling the kit yet. They have been working pretty well for us. The best use so far is for long repeats that the Big DYE alone and the dGtp chemisty doesn't get through. We have also found it works for a couple of the hairpins we just couldn't get past before. We used the dGTP chemistry along with the L.T. for those. We are currently testing all 7 buffers with different problem DNA we have encountered. Hopefully we can get a better idea of which buffers to use when thise problems occur in the future.
