Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of any alternative basecallers for the ABI 3700's?

Perkin-Elmer claims that they only have the one default basecaller.

Are there any commercially available, or ones that people have created
themselves that I can either hack or buy??

I was also curious if the MegaBace basecallers would work on the 3700's.

Does anyone know?
