Hi All

Was wondering if anyone is using a clean up process with gene scan samples?
We are using the profiler kit for a bone marrow study. Our sensitivities
are around 6%. We need at them to be between 2-3%. Any suggestions?

Running conditions
        5% long ranger
        5ul loading buffer with sample at 3.0ul and 1.5 ul
        loading 1.5 on 377, 36 lanes.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
