Tom - there is a book entitled

        Marcel E. Nimni
        CRC Press Inc., Boca Raton, Florida
        1988

On page 24, there are the amino acid compositions of the human collagens I
through V, for the individual alpha chains. I believe that this table may
have been reprinted from the following reference:

        Nimni, M.E., Semin. Arthritis Rheum., 8(1), 1983.

If you have trouble finding the references, let me know.
