With regard to this matter, I think the ABRF should send a complaint to the
Bellevue or Seattle Better Business Bureau (whichever covers the Brede
Exposition Services). And if a satisfactory settlement is not quickly
reached, then a letter to the local newspapers might be effective. This
would be even more powerful, if the affected vendors signed the letter and
complaint.
