Similarly, we were curious why the four members of my group that attended
ABRF 2000 recieved different exhibitor workshop/reception invitations
although all of us had pre-registered together (and all are ARBF members).
Some of them were for events we all would liked to have attended, and
although we did make suitable arrangements on site, we thought it was a bit
odd. I also had a few exhibitor announcements in my mail when I returned.

I would like to know why I received several mailings from
exhibitors in the ABRF 2000 meeting on Friday Feb. 18. I left town
that morning and so did not receive them until I got back. It would
have been helpful to receive these earlier.
This meeting was certainly scheduled far enough ahead of time
that this should not have been a problem.
