Hello,
I am studying peptide molecules by NMR and recently I come to a sequence
which is difficult to synthesize. I am thinking about using the chemical
ligation technique. One thing is that I have to synthesize the N-terminal
thioester peptide fragment. I would like to know which companies are
specialized in the synthesis of such thioester peptide. Thanks.
