Hello everyone,
I too am in the process of choosing an HPLC to use as the front end of
an LC-MS system (an LCQ Deca to be exact). I would also appreciate
comments (both good and bad) on not only the Shimadzu LC10-AD system,
but also the Waters 2690 and the Dionex Summit or BioLC systems. I am
looking for comments that relate to reliability, ruggedness, customer
service/support, and ability to perform gradients at relatively low flow
rates. I am particularly interested in other people's experience with
Dionex. They were not originally one of my top choices; however, they
are now in partnership with Thermoquest, which makes them more
attractive.
Thank you for your help.
