All of the cleaning procedures that I described can be located in the Procise
Operating Software Version 1.1. Select Test from the pull down menu bar and
then select cleanup. Each of the clean up procedures that I described can be
found here and are fully automated.
I agree with Deanna about the importance of completing a post run valve block
wash after each run. I always check to be certain that the Idle procedure
stays on. I also complete the INIT Sensor procedure prior to each run.
I think that PE ABD has an applications note describing a new alternate
Acetonitrile cleaning procedure for the reaction cartridges, but I have not used
the procedure.
