Dear ABRF' Members

I am currently using TFA-aminolinker (C6) to couple to oligos and
further conjugation with NHS esters.

I am a bit dissapointed talking about the profile I get using anion
exchange HPLC. Something like 4 or 5 peaks for easy oligos (dT16, 18-20
mers heteropolymers) and a bit difficult to know where the expected
aminated compound is. Anyway the conjugation reaction with NHS ester
works fine

I suspect some post synthesis side reactions with the amino linker .
Should I use instead MMT-aminolinker ? Does the amino C12 linker work
better ?

Thank for your help

Regards

Alain
