Hi ABRFers,
I have noticed that I need to recleave our PEG resin to maximise our
peptide yeilds. The recleavage products do not look bad compared to
the products of the first cleavage. I was wodering if anybody has
similar experience, or is it common practise? We use PEG-PS resins
from PE Bio, already loaded with our C-terminal amino acids. I
normally use cocktail K first time around and cocktail R for the
second time.
