Hello Everyone,
I am willing to monitore protein expression of a
parasite during its differentiaton cycle. The problem
is that the protein content of each stage is very
different because of the morphological changes. My
doubt is if i should load my gels with the same
quantity of proteins or with the same number of
parasites in order to look for different expression.
Any help is appreciated,
