We are looking to purchase a MALDI-TOF MS for analyzing oligonucleotides
from 25-88 bases long. If possible we would like it to be able to
sequence the oligos also via enzymatic degradation. Does anyone have a
recommendation on the brands and models we should look at? Thanks in
advance!
