Does anyone know whether the new Agilent policy of billing customers for
shipping (effective May 1) applies to the protein sequencer reagents? I've
been waiting for a callback from them since last Thursday to clarify this
point. It seems a little outrageous to pay for overnight shipping when it's
already built into the price.
