Dear ABRF members,
Thank you for your help with the spare ion gauge. The problem is solved.
I am grateful that many offered their inventory to ensure my experiments
proceed. I look forward to the opportunity to reciprocate the favor. I
also want to thank those at Finnigan who saw this message on the ABRF board
and went out of their way to assist, from explaining how to bypass the ion
gauge, to searching the factory to find an extra part, and for the local
service engineer, Lonnie Gates, who had an extra in his trunk.
Best regards,
Ron

Subject: ion gauge for LCQ
Dear ABRF members,
I am in need of a mini ion gauge (part number 00105-01515) for an LCQ mass
spectrometer. Unfortunately, the product is out of stock from Finnigan
(Thermoquest) and is on a two week backorder. I have a high-priority
experiment that cannot wait the two weeks. Does anyone have a spare mini
ion gauge in their lab that I can have now and replace when it becomes
available?
Thank you in advance.
Ron
