Hello ABRF!

Has anyone ever successfully coupled Pepstatin on to a CM5 Chip on a Biacore?
If so, which conditions did you use?

I want to bin cathpsin to the surface via the high affinity to pepstatin. i did
this successfully once with pepsin as model protein but after regeneration of
the surface with 6M GuHCl, I could not achieve binding any more. is peptstain
harmed by GuHCl? i thought it was too small to have a real 3d structure.
