I don't know about anyone else, but I feel kind of bad that someone who had
gone out of his way to provide helpful information to a request posted to
the list was made to feel apologetic. I recognize that slower modem speeds
make large file downloads problematic for some recipients, but there are
also those on the list who appreciate having "extra" information sent to the
list, and who simply ignore or delete the information they are not
interested in seeing in detail.

In any event, I think there are more civil ways to discuss such differences
of opinion, and I would like to encourage everyone to remember that there is
another person, probably just as tired and overworked as you are, on the
receiving end of irate responses.
