Hello to all ABRFers

I was wondering if anyone out there is experiencing recovery problems using
the Advanced ChemTech 396 MBS. We are using a 40 well reaction block and
consistently obtain peptide recovery of less than 60% Are others
experiencing the same types of difficulties?
