I am looking for a way to automate our protein database searches using MS-Fit.
Has anyone constructed an interface that would allow for either: 1) a batch
procesing option or 2) an option that would search peak lists as they are
generated? I am aware that these programs are commercially available, but are
packaged with a robotics system and server. Basically, I'm looking for a
cheaper alternative. Can anyone help?
